Registration
Our registration is stringent by design. We take extra steps like requiring photos of a selfie, ID card, and bikes. We are doing our best to keep your bikes safe!
- Register online or visit us for in-person registration options in other cities.
- We will verify each registration before granting access.
- To register online, you must have a valid email address, CA-ID or driver’s license, credit or debit card and photo upload capability.
- Membership Passes available: 7-Day, 30-Day, 1-Year.
Parking
Keep it safe. It’s up to all of us to keep the Sacramento BikeHub safe.
- Lock your bike, being sure to secure the frame and both wheels.
- Remove your lights and other accessories.

Rules
- Do not allow entry to others. Everyone must have their own ID for entry – no exceptions.
- Once inside, you have 8 minutes to remain in the station before an alarm will sound and we will be alerted of potential security breaches.
- Consecutive parking limit is 72 hours. You will be charged $1 for every 24 hours parked in excess of 72 hours.
- Abandoned/unauthorized bikes may be immobilized or impounded. Fees may apply.
