REGISTRATION

Our registration is stringent by design. We take extra steps like requiring photos of a selfie, ID card, and bikes. We are doing our best to keep your bikes safe!

Register online or contact us for in-person registration options in other cities.
We will verify each registration before granting access.
To register online, you must have a valid email address, CA-ID or driver’s license, credit or debit card and photo upload capability.
Membership Passes available: 7-Day, 30-Day, 1-Year.

Rules

Do not allow entry to others. Everyone must have their own ID for entry – no exceptions.
Once inside, you have 8 minutes to remain in the station before an alarm will sound and we will be alerted of potential security breaches.
Consecutive parking limit is 72 hours. You will be charged $1 for every 24 hours parked in excess of 72 hours.
Abandoned/unauthorized bikes may be immobilized or impounded. Bike owners may be assessed a $55 unlock fee.

Why do you require photos of a selfie, ID, and bikes?

Selfie photos along with a state-issued ID card or driver’s license make for secure facilities. We use photos when validating accounts and reviewing security video.

Who operates the Sacramento Valley BikeHub?

BikeHub is the owner and operator of this facility.

Why is there a consecutive days parked limit?

The purpose of the Sacramento Valley BikeHub is to provide short-term secure bike parking. Long-term storage decreases the number of spaces available for use. Bikes parked overnight also increase the risk of theft.

Can I park multiple bikes?

Yes, you can register up to 3 bikes with one Membership. You can only park one bike at a time per location, however you can park multiple bikes simultaneously at multiple locations. You cannot park bikes for others, or park bikes that are not registered as yours.
